CLASSES & EXPERIENCES

Italy cooking classes fully explore the basics of Italian cuisine, the best wines from Italy and Emilia Romagna, and the greatest works of art of Northern Italy. Visits and trips are optional and may be customised according to the season and your needs.

Italy Cooking class

Italy cooking classes for foreigners take place every morning, with chefs teaching you how to prepare a wide range of traditional recipes (tagliatelle, lasagna, tortellini, fresh pasta, pizza and typical dishes). All courses are held in Italian and English.

Lunch

At the end of the lessons – lasting approximately four hours each – you will have lunch in a beautiful location, enjoying the dishes you yourselves have created.

Relax

After lunch you will be taken to the resort, where you will be able to spend the afternoon relaxing, taking walks, enjoying an afternoon at the spa or gym, or just unwinding in your rooms.

Experiences

There will be two weekly trips and a visit with dinner to a local wineryto taste the wines and typical dishes of the Piacenza area.
