Departure from the hotel by private coach (time to be determined). The castle of Rivalta was once one of the most important military fortresses in western Emilia. The guided tour includes:  façade, courtyard, hall of honour, dining room, kitchens, cellars, dungeons, bedrooms, tower, weapons room (Battle of Lepanto museum), sacred art and explorations museum, military uniforms museum, gallery, billiards room. Short photo stop in the picturesque village, then return to the hotel.
